(전국= KTN) 김도형 기자= 레글로플라스(Regloplas)는 미래의 로드맵을 지속해 나가고, 미래의 기술을 실현할 수 있는 새로운 스마트 팩토리를 실현할 계획이다.

크리스티안 에케르트(Christian Eckert) CEO는 "이번 기공식을 통해 우리가 계획한 스마트 팩토리가 이제 현실화될 것이다."고 밝혔다.

세계 선도적인 가공 산업용 온도 제어 장치 제조업체인 레글로플라스(Regloplas)는 지난해 성공적인 매출 달성을 기록했으며, 제품에 대한 수요도 꾸준히 증가하고 있다고 밝혔다. 이러한 사업 확장에 따라 생산 및 물류 등 여러 사업 부서들이 공간 부족 사태에 직면하게 됐다.

Regloplas, the world's leading manufacturer of processing industrial temperature control devices, said it achieved successful sales last year, and that demand for its products has been steadily increasing. Due to this expansion, various business departments, including production and logistics, are facing a shortage of space shortages.

레글로플라스는 세계 시장에서 지속적인 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해 기업 부지를 신속하게 확장하기로 결정했다. 새로운 건물은 대지가 2,500평방미터에 이르는 총 6층 규모로 계획되었다. 건설 작업은 보다 환경친화적인 공정 설계를 통해 에너지 효율성 및 지속가능성을 달성하는데 중점을 두고 있다. 특히 소비되는 공정 에너지의 가능한 많은 부분을 건물 자체에서 생산할 수 있도록 옥상 전체에 태양광 발전을 적용하기로 했다.

레글로플라스 직원은 현대적이며, 개방된 근무환경을 기대하고 있다. 또한 디지털화된 프로세스 통합으로 더욱 탁월한 공정 효율을 달성할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 최첨단 스마트 팩토리의 목표가 현실화되는 것이다.

경영진은 이번 기공식을 통해 코로나 시대에도 미래에 대한 계획을 지속적으로 추진해 나갈 것이라는 뜻을 분명히 했다. 레글로플라스는 플루프호프스트라세(Flurhofstrasse)에 있는 현 기업부지를 떠나, 더 크고 완전히 재설계된 새로운 공장이 있는 생갈렌(St Gallen) 퓰스트라세(Spühlstrasse)로 이전하게 된다. 건설 작업은 이미 시작되었으며, 최종 공사는 2022년 초에 완공될 예정이다.

LeGloplas has decided to rapidly expand its corporate site to ensure continued competitiveness in the global market. The new building was planned for a total of six stories with 2,500 square meters of land. Construction work focuses on achieving energy efficiency and sustainability through more environmentally friendly process design. In particular, solar power will be applied throughout the roof so that as much of the process energy consumed can be produced in the building itself.

The Legoloplas staff is looking forward to a modern, open working environment. It is also expected that digitalized process integration will achieve even greater process efficiency. The goal of the state-of-the-art smart factory is to become a reality.

Through the groundbreaking ceremony, management made it clear that it will continue to push ahead with plans for the future in the Korona era. Regloplas will leave the current corporate site in Flurhofstrasse and move to St Gallen Pulstrasse, where it has a new, larger, fully redesigned plant. Construction work has already begun, and the final work is scheduled for completion in early 2022.
