(전국= KTN) 김도형 기자= 경상북도와 경상북도경제진흥원에서는 하반기 취업시즌을 대비해 도내 대학교 졸업(예정)자 대상으로 4차산업 신기술을 활용한 「청년구직자 (AI)면접(역량검사)」참여자를 모집하고 있다.

(National = KTN) Reporter Kim Do-hyung: Gyeongsangbuk-do and Gyeongsangbuk-do Economic Promotion Agency are recruiting participants in the Youth Job Interview (AI) using new technologies in the fourth industry for college graduates (scheduled) in the province in preparation for the second half of the employment season.

공고일인 지난 9월 4일로부터 ~ 2020년 11월까지(사업비 조기소진에 따른 선착순 모집)인 이번 모집은 경북지역 대학교 졸업(예정)자(만 20세~39세 이하 청년구직자)가 지원대상으로 AI면접 체험기회(실제면접과 동일) 제공 및 심층컨설팅을 진행한다.

The recruitment, which is a first-come, first-served recruitment from September 4 to November 2020 (the first-come-first-served recruitment due to early exhaustion of project costs), will be supported by graduates (scheduled) from universities in North Gyeongsang Province (young job seekers aged 20 to 39 years old) and provide in-depth consulting and providing opportunities for AI interviews (the same as actual interviews).

심층컨설팅의 경우 AI면접 참여자 중 30~40여명으로 선발(코로나19 감염확산에 따라 취소될 수 있음)되며, 현재 국내 주요 대기업 및 공공기관에서 채용과정에 AI면접을 도입하여 시행중으로 면접결과는 지원자의 기본성향, 직무적성 등 역량을 판단하는데 필요한 참고자료(인사담당자 검토용)로 활용되고 있다.

In the case of in-depth consulting, about 30 to 40 AI interview participants will be selected (canceled according to the spread of corona 19 infection), and while major domestic conglomerates and public institutions are currently introducing and implementing AI interviews in the recruitment process, the interview results are used as reference materials (for reviewing personnel) necessary to determine applicants' basic tendency and job aptitude.

◦ AI면접 참여종료 후 별도의 결과지는 부여되지 않음
◦ 모든 제출서류는 반환하지 않으며, 제출확인의 책임은 신청인에게 있음
◦ 제출된 서류의 허위사실이 발견된 경우 선정취소, 지원중단, 지원제한 등 제재가 있을 수 있음
◦ 사업에 선정되었음에도 지원요청 시점에 예산이 소진된 경우 일부지원 또는 지원하지 않을 수 있음
