(전국= KTN) 김도형 기자= 안동시(시장 권영세)는 코로나19 대유행에 대비하여 시민의 건강과 안전을 지키는 데에 선제적으로 대응하고자 전 시민 인플루엔자 예방접종을 실시한다.

 
 시는 지난 8월 31일 안동시의사회와 감염병 예방 및 관리를 위한 공동대응추진단 협약을 체결했다. 이후 코로나19와 독감은 증상이 유사하여 동시 유행 시 병상확보와 의료방역체계에 혼선을 야기할 수 있다는 의사회의 자문을 받았다. 이에 의사회와 수차례의 협의를 거쳐 전 시민 독감접종이 필요하다는 결론을 내고, 먼저 안동시민이 모두 접종 가능한 백신물량을 관내 60개 의료기관에 공급했다. 이로써, 오는 22일부터 만 61세 이하 시민에게 예방 접종을 시작하고, 만 62세 이상 시민은 10월 중 별도로 계획된 기간에 접종이 시작된다.

 이번 예방접종은 안동시가 정부의 인플루엔자 예방접종 대상 확대에 한발 더 나아가 무료 접종 대상에서 제외된 만 19세에서 61세의 안동시민에 추가 접종할 백신물량을 사전 확보함으로써 추진될 수 있었다. 이에 발맞추어 안동시의회에서도 관련 조례를 제정하고 예산 확보에 힘을 실어준 덕분에 전국 최초로 전 시민을 대상으로 한 인플루엔자 예방접종사업이 가능했다.

On August 31, the city signed an agreement with the Andong City Council for the prevention and management of infectious diseases. Since then, the flu has been advised by the doctors' association that the symptoms of corona 19 are similar, which can cause confusion in the medical quarantine system and securing beds during simultaneous prevalence. After several consultations with the doctors' association, the government concluded that all citizens need to be vaccinated against the flu, and first supplied the vaccine that all Andong citizens can receive to 60 medical institutions in the government. As a result, vaccinations will begin on the 22nd for citizens under the age of 61, and those over the age of 62 will be vaccinated during a separate planned period in October.


The vaccination could be carried out by the city of Andong taking a step further from the government's expansion of influenza vaccination targets and securing more vaccinations for Andong citizens aged 19 to 61 who were excluded from the free vaccination list. In line with this, the Andong City Council also enacted related ordinances and helped secure the budget, making it possible for the first time in the country to vaccinate all citizens against influenza.

 만 19세에서 61세의 접종 대상자는 안동시민임을 확인할 수 있는 신분증 및 3일 이내 발급한 주민등록등본 등을 제시하고 관내 위탁의료기관에서 예방접종 시행비 19,010원을 본인 부담하면 접종이 가능하다. 나머지 백신비용은 모두 시에서 부담하고 시민들은 병의원에 지급하는 비용만 부담한다.
 

아울러 국가 필수예방접종 대상자 중 인플루엔자 백신을 1회만 접종하면 되는 어린이와 청소년 및 임신부는 오는 22일부터 위탁의료기관에서 무료 예방접종을 시작한다.

 만 75세 이상 어르신은 10월 13일, 만 70세 ~ 74세 어르신은 10월 20일, 만 62세 ~ 69세 어르신은 10월 27일부터 순차적으로 위탁의료기관 및 보건소(지소, 진료소)에서 무료로 예방접종을 받으면 된다.

Those aged 19 to 61 can get vaccinated if they present their ID card that confirms they are Andong citizens and a resident registration copy issued within three days, and pay 19,010 won for the vaccination implementation fee at the entrusted medical institution in the jurisdiction. The rest of the vaccine costs will be covered by the city, while citizens will only pay for the hospital.


In addition, children, teenagers and pregnant women who only need one vaccination against influenza will be vaccinated free of charge at consigned medical institutions from the 22nd.


Those aged 75 or older will be vaccinated free of charge from October 13, those aged 70 to 74 will be vaccinated on October 20, and those aged 62 to 69 will be vaccinated sequentially at consigned medical institutions and health centers (branches, clinics) from October 27.

 이번 접종은 사회적 거리두기 등 코로나19 방역수칙을 엄격히 준수하는 가운데 시행된다. 읍면동행정복지센터와 보건지소, 진료소에 비치된 예방접종 예진표를 사전에 작성하고 마스크 5부제를 시행했던 것과 같이 출생년도 끝자리 기준으로 1 ․ 6년생은 월요일, 2 ․ 7년생은 화요일, 3 ․ 8년생은 수요일, 4 ․ 9년생은 목요일, 5 ․ 0년생은 금요일에 예진표와 신분증을 지참하고 가까운 위탁의료기관 및 보건소(지소, 진료소)에 반드시 마스크를 착용하고 방문하면 된다.

 예방접종이 가능한 위탁의료기관은 안동시보건소 홈페이지에서도 확인 가능하다.

또, 만 62세 미만 기초생활수급자, 장애인, 복지시설 생활자, 다문화 및 다자녀 가정 등에 대한 예방접종은 10월 27일부터 보건소(지소·진료소)에서만 실시한다.

The consigned medical institutions that can be vaccinated can also be checked on the website of Andong City Health Center.


In addition, vaccinations for basic livelihood recipients under 62 years of age, disabled people, welfare facility residents, multicultural and multi-child families will be conducted only at public health centers (branches and clinics) from October 27.

 지금껏 우리시는 코로나19 상황 발생 시 발 빠른 현장 조사와 광범위하고 신속한 진단검사를 실시하여 최단 시간에 감염의 고리를 끊기 위해 대처하였으며 전국 최초로 공공시설을 생활치료 센터로 운영하여 신속한 대응을 한 바 있다.

 권영세 안동시장은 “코로나19와 독감이 동시에 유행할 시 방역체계 혼선으로 시민의 건강과 안전을 위협할 우려가 있어 시의회와 의사회의 협조를 통해 모든 시민에게 독감 예방접종을 하게 되었다”면서 “무엇보다도, 코로나19 예방을 위해서는 사회적 거리두기와 마스크 착용 등 방역수칙 등 기본적인 방역수칙 준수가 필요하다.”고 전했다.
