어르신의 건강하고 안락한 휴식공간 마련

(전국= KTN) 김도형 기자= 구미시 고아읍(읍장 김용보)에서는 9. 8(화) 11:00 시장, 시의원, 기관·단체장, 노인회장, 주민 등 80여명이 참석한 가운데 항곡1리경로당 준공식을 개최했다.

신축된 경로당은 고아읍 항곡1리 주민들의 오래 숙원사업으로 부지 209㎡에 건축면적 99.42㎡(약 33평)의 규모로 방 2개, 거실 겸 주방, 남녀화장실을 갖춘 공간으로 마련됐다.

행사를 주관한 변병근 항곡1리경로당 노인회장은“마을 노인들의 사랑방이 마련돼 매우 기쁘며, 경로당 건립을 위해 노력해주신 관계자들에게 진심으로 감사드린다.”고 감사 인사를 전했다.

장세용 구미시장은“코로나19 및 수해, 태풍 등으로 인해 모든 국민들이 힘들고 지치는 시기에 지역주민들의 오랜 바램이었던 경로당의 준공식을 갖게 되어 기쁘게 생각하며, 경로당이 어르신들의 건강한 여가선용은 물론 마을공동체의 쉼터로 자리매김하기를 바란다.”고 했다.

한편, 코로나19 사회적 거리두기 2단계 실시에 따라 참석자(100인 미만) 열체크, 손소독 실시, 마스크 착용, 축사 마이크 커버 교체 등 방역 수칙을 준수하며 안전하게 개최했다.

Providing Healthy and Comfortable Rest Area for the Elderly

(National = KTN) Reporter Kim Do-hyung: In Goa-eup (Eupjang Kim Yong-bo) in Gumi City, the completion ceremony of Hanggok 1-ri Senior Citizen Center was held at 11:00 p.m. on Tuesday, with some 80 mayors, city councilors, heads of institutions and organizations, senior citizens' chairmen and residents attending.

The new senior citizen center is a long-cherished project for residents of Hanggok 1-ri, Goa-eup, with a site of 209 square meters and a building area of 99.42 square meters, with two rooms, a living room and kitchen, and a men's and women's restroom.

Byun Byung-geun, chairman of Hanggok 1-ri Senior Citizens' Party, who organized the event, said, "I am very happy to have a love room for the elderly in the village, and I sincerely thank the officials for their efforts to build the center for the elderly."

Gumi Mayor Jang Se-yong said, "I am pleased to have the completion ceremony of the senior citizen center, which has long been the wish of local residents at a time of hardship and exhaustion due to the Corona 19, flood and typhoon, and I hope that the senior citizen center will be established as a rest area for the village community as well as healthy leisure activities for senior citizens."

Meanwhile, in accordance with the second stage of Korona 19 social distance keeping, it was safely held in compliance with the quarantine rules such as thermal checking of attendees (less than 100 people), hand sterilization, wearing masks, and replacement of the microphone cover of the barn.
