(전국= KTN) 김도형 기자= 구미시(구미시장 장세용)에서는 조류인플루엔자 차단방역을 위해 이달부터 내년 3월까지 관내 철새도래지에 대한 축산차량 출입을 통제한다고 밝혔다.

(National = KTN) Reporter Kim Do-hyung: Gumi City (Gumi Mayor Jang Se-yong) announced that livestock vehicles will be restricted from entering migratory birds in its jurisdiction from this month to March next year to prevent avian influenza.

  이는 철새로부터 옮겨지는 것으로 알려진 조류인플루엔자(AI ; avian influenza)를 막기 위함이다.

  통제구간은 철새도래지로 지정된 곳으로 낙동강 우안은 지산동 낙동강 체육공원에서 구미보 구간 14km이고, 좌안은 국도 25번 해평교차로에서 산동 성수천 낙동강 합류지점 4km 구간이고, 적용 대상은 관내를 경유하는 모든 축산차량이다.

The control section is designated as a migratory bird sanctuary, and the right side of the Nakdonggang River is 14km from the Nakdonggang River Sports Park in Jisan-dong, while the left side is 4km from the Haepyeong Intersection of National Road No. 25 to the joining point of Nakdonggang River in Seongsucheon, Shandong, and all livestock vehicles that pass through the jurisdiction.

  시에서는 이러한 내용에 대해 홈페이지, 문자 메시지, 현수막 게첨 등을 통해 홍보하고 있다. 또한 동록 축산차량(GPS 단말기 부착)이 통제구간을 진입하려고 하면 그 운전자 휴대폰으로 철새도래지 통제구간 우회 메시지를 자동 송출하게 된다.

  The city is promoting these contents on its website, text messages, and banners. In addition, when Dongnok Livestock Vehicle (GPS terminal attachment) tries to enter the control section, it automatically sends a bypass message to the control section of migratory birds to the driver's mobile phone.

  한편, 시에서는 최근 몽골, 베트남 등에서 고병원성 조류인플루엔자의 발생이 증가되고 있다는 동향에 따라 지난 9월 1일부터 조류인플루엔자 방역대책을 본격 시행하고 있다.

Meanwhile, the city has been implementing full-scale measures to prevent avian influenza since September 1, in line with the recent increase in the incidence of highly pathogenic avian influenza in Mongolia and Vietnam.
