산업섬유 생산시설에 500억원 투자

(전국= KTN) 김도형 기자= 부직포, 마스크, 생리대 등의 생산을 계획하고 있는 디지타스 컨소시엄이 경상북도에 덴탈 마스크 10만개를 기부했다고 2일 밝혔다.

(National = KTN) Reporter Kim Do-hyung announced on the 2nd that Digitas Consortium, which is planning to produce non-woven fabric, masks, and sanitary pads, donated 100,000 dental masks to Gyeongsangbuk-do.

이번 기부는 최근 코로나19 신규 확진자가 전국적으로 급증하는데 따른 것이며, 마스크 수급에 어려움을 겪는 경북도내 소외계층에 대한적십자사 경북지사를 통해 우선적으로 배분됐다.

The donation is due to the recent surge in the number of new Corona 19 confirmed nationwide, and was preferentially distributed to the underprivileged in North Gyeongsang Province, which has difficulty in supplying masks, through the North Gyeongsang branch of the Korean National Red Cross.

한편 디지타스 컨소시엄은 부직포, 마스크, 생리대 등을 전문적으로 생산하기 위해 지난 3월 R&D, PCB, SMT 등의 전문 기업인(주)디지타스(대표 최상윤)과 태양광 전문 기업인 (주)강산에너지(대표 김도윤) 그리고 토목 및 건설 전문 기업인 (주)현대건설(대표 임현우)이 함께 컨소시엄에 참여하고 있다.

Meanwhile, Digitas Consortium is participating in the consortium with Digitas Co., Ltd. (CEO Choi Sang-yoon), a company specializing in R&D, PCB, and SMT, a solar energy company, Kangsan Energy Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Do-yoon), and Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. (CEO Lim Hyun-woo), a company specializing in civil engineering and construction, in March.

디지타스 컨소시엄의 주생산품목인 부직포는 공기청정, 유수(물과 기름)분리 등의 각종 필터, 전기절연재, 연마재, 농업용의 보온 서리방지용 피복재, 의류(apparel)용 심지(心地) 외에 각종 건축자재로도 활용되고 있으며 복합재 및 완제품으로 갈수록 첨단산업으로의 적용도가 높아져 고부가가치 창출이 예상되고 있다.

Nonwoven fabric, the main production item of Digitas Consortium, is also used for various filters such as air cleaning, water separation (water and oil), electric insulation materials, abrasives, thermal frost protection materials for agriculture, and wick materials for clothing, and is expected to be applied to high-tech industries as composite and finished products are increasingly expected to create high value-added products.

한편 이번 디지타스 컨소시엄을 이끌고 있는 최상윤 대표는 고향이 경북 예천으로 영주중앙고등학교를 졸업했다. 현재 경기도 안산에서 제조, R&D, PCB, SMT, ASSEMBLY, Refurbish, 마스크 제조/유통 전문기업인 (주)디지타스를 운영하고 있으며 미래 부직포 산업이 향후 건강과 환경을 중요시 하는 사회구조와 첨단산업 및 바이오 등 신산업 분야의 새로운 용도가 창출될 것으로 예상하고 이번 지역 업체와 함께 컨소시엄을 이끌게 됐다.

Currently in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province, it operates manufacturing, R&D, PCB, SMT, ASSEMBLY, Refurbish, a company specializing in mask manufacturing and distribution, and will lead the consortium with local companies in anticipation of new uses in new industries such as high-tech industries and bio, with future non-woven fabric industries that value health and environment.

또한 디지타스 컨소시엄은 향후 경북 영주에 약 500억원 규모의 생산설비 시설 투자를 통해 산업섬유전문기업으로 발돋음 하여 다양한 산업군으로 제품 생산 영역을 확대해 나갈 계획이다.

In addition, Digitas Consortium plans to expand its production area to various industrial groups by investing about 50 billion won in production facilities in Yeongju, North Gyeongsang Province.

이 날 기부행사에 참여한 최상윤 대표는 “최근 지역사회 곳곳에서 발생하고 있는 코로나19 확진자가 발생하면서 방역물품을 구비하지 못하는 지역사회 소외계층이 큰 어려움을 겪고 있다고 들었다.”면서 “지역민들의 건강과 안전을 위해 꾸준하게 관심을 갖고 지원 하겠다"고 말했다. 그리고 ”미래 부직포 산업은 건강과 환경을 중요시 하는 사회구조와 첨단산업 및 바이오 등 신산업 분야의 새로운 용도가 창출되어 더욱 활성화 될 것으로 예상되어 지역 경제에 크게 기여할 것“이라고 말했다.

이철우 경상북도지사는 "바쁜신 와중에서도 따뜻한 마음을 보내주신 최상윤 대표와   관계자분들께 모두 감사드린다.“며 ”이번 마스크는 몸과 마음이 지쳐 있는 경북도민들에게 분명 큰 힘과 희망이 될 것이며, 어떤 상황과 조건에서도 경북도민들이 행복할 수 있도록 하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Choi Sang-yoon, who participated in the donation event, said, "I heard that the underprivileged in the community are having a hard time preparing quarantine supplies due to the recent outbreak of corona 19 confirmed cases in various parts of the community."We will continue to pay attention and support for the health and safety of the local people," he said. And the future non-woven fabric industry will contribute greatly to the local economy as it is expected to create new uses in new industries such as high-tech industries and bio, as well as social structures that value health and environment, he said.

Lee Cheol-woo, governor of Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, said, "I would like to thank all of our representatives and officials for their warm hearts even during the busy scene."This mask will certainly be a great strength and hope for the tired people of North Gyeongsang Province, and we will make sure that the people of North Gyeongsang Province are happy under any circumstances and conditions," he said.
