여성농어업인의 평등한 경영참여 및 경영의사 결정권 부여
Equal participation of female farmers and fishermen in management and the right to decide their management intentions
(전국= KTN) 김도형 기자= 경상북도의회 건설소방위원회 소속 김준열의원(더불어민주당, 구미)은 여성농어업인의 권익보호와 실질적인 복지 증진을 위해「경상북도 여성농어업인 육성 및 지원 조례 일부개정조례안」을 발의했다.
(National = KTN) Reporter Kim Do-hyung: Rep. Kim Joon-yeol (Democratic Party of Korea, Gumi), a member of the construction and fire prevention committee of the Gyeongsangbuk-do Council, proposed a partial revision of the Gyeongsangbuk-do Ordinance on Fostering and Supporting Female Farmers to protect the rights and interests of female farmers and fishermen and to promote practical welfare.
주요내용으로 이주 여성농어업인 및 가족공동경영협약 용어 규정하고, 여성농어업인 육성을 위한 도지사의 책무를 구체화하고, 가족공동체공동경영협약, 여성농어업인 지원범위, 여성농어업인 전담부서 설치 및 전문인력 확보 등에 관한 규정을 신설했다.
Major contents include stipulating the terms of the joint management agreement for migrant women farmers and fishermen, specifying the governor's responsibilities for fostering women farmers and fishermen, establishing a joint family management agreement, scope of support for women farmers and fishermen, setting up a department dedicated to women farmers and fishermen and securing professional manpower.
김준열 의원은 “여성농어업인의 평등한 농어업 경영참여 및 합리적인 경영의사 결정권 부여, 여성농어업인 권익 보호 등 실질적인 지원을 강화하기 위해 조례를 개정하게 되었다”고 밝혔다.
Rep. Kim Joon-yeol said, "The ordinance was revised to strengthen practical support, including equal participation in the management of farming and fishing industries by female farmers and fishermen, granting them the right to decide rational management intentions, and protecting the rights and interests of female farmers and fishermen."
조례안은 8월 26일 개회한 경상북도의회 제318회 임시회 기간에 처리된다.
The ordinance will be processed during the 318th extraordinary session of the Gyeongsangbuk-do Council, which opened on August 26.
