본회의장 참석 인원, 도의원 31명, 집행부 공무원 17명 등 50명 이내로 줄여

(전국= KTN) 김도형 기자= 경상북도의회(의장 고우현)는 제318회 임시회 기간 동안 사회적 거리두기 2단계 지침을 철저하게 준수하고 청사방역을 강화한다.

최근 전국적으로 확산되고 있는 코로나 19에 대응하여‘사회적 거리두기’ 2단계 지침을 준수해, 본회의장 참석인원을 50명 이내로 제한하고, 의석 간격도 조정하였다. 임시회 개회일인 26일 본회의장 참석인원은 의결정족수인 31명의 도의원과 도정질문에 답변하는 도지사, 교육감 등 집행부 공무원은 17명으로 최소화 했다.

또한, 상임위원회 회의 진행도 사회적 거리두기 2단계 지침을 준수하여 최소한의 간부공무원만 참석하도록 하고, 의정활동에 따른 이동과 대면 접촉을 최소화하기 위해 상임위별로 예정된‘주요 사업장 현지확인’도 다음 회기로 연기하여 시행한다.

이와함께, 본회의장 및 상임위 회의장 내외부 소독 실시, 4층 본회장에 출입하는 도의원 및 관계자 전원에 대한 체온측정과 함께 마스크 착용도 철저하게 이행하기로 했다.

8월 26일부터 9월 8일까지 계속되는 이번 임시회는 제11대 후반기 원구성 후 첫 임시회로, 도교육청의 제2회 추경예산을 심사하고, 새로 구성된 상임위별로 당면 현안사항 보고와 각종 민생조례안을 심의할 예정이다.

고우현 경상북도의회 의장은 “사회적 거리두기가 2단계로 격상된 만큼 도의회부터 먼저 사회적 거리두기에 적극 동참하여 코로나19의 지역사회 전파를 최소하 하는데 앞장서겠다“고 말했다.

On the 26th, the opening day of the extraordinary session, the number of people attending the plenary session was minimized to 17 from 31 provincial councilors, provincial governors and education superintendents who answer questions about the provincial government.

In addition, the Standing Committee meeting shall also be held in the next session to ensure that only the minimum number of senior officials are present in compliance with the second phase of social distance, and that the 'field check of major workplaces' scheduled for each standing committee is postponed to the next session to minimize movement and face-to-face contact with parliamentary activities.

At the same time, the government will thoroughly carry out disinfection inside and outside the main hall of the plenary session and the standing committee, measure the temperature of all provincial councilors and officials who enter and exit the main hall on the fourth floor, as well as wear masks will be thoroughly.

The extraordinary session, which runs from Aug. 26 to Sept. 8, will be the first of its kind since the formation of the 11th second half, review the provincial education office's second supplementary budget, and review pending issues and various public welfare ordinances by each newly formed standing committee.

Ko Woo-hyun, chairman of the Gyeongsangbuk-do Council, said, "As social distance has been upgraded to the second level, we will take the lead in minimizing the spread of Korona 19 by actively participating in social distance first."
