지속가능한 기업 지배구조와 비용 메커니즘 간의 관계 분석

[한국유통신문= 김도형 기자] 국립금오공과대학교 경영학과 이용환 교수가 국제 저명 학술지 Sustainability에 연구 논문을 게재했다. 해당 논문은 2025년 6월 3일 자로 온라인 출판되었으며, Sustainability는 SSCI(사회과학인용색인)에 등재된 세계적 수준의 다학제 저널로, MDPI에서 발행하고 있다.

논문 제목은 "Agency Costs, Ownership Structure, and Cost Stickiness: Implications for Sustainable Corporate Governance"로, 한국 기업을 중심으로 대리인 비용, 소유구조, 비용의 하방경직성 간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석했다.

Analysis of the relationship between sustainable corporate governance and cost mechanisms

[Korea Distribution Newspaper = Reporter Kim Do-hyung] Lee Yong-hwan, a business administration professor at the National Kumoh Institute of Technology, published a research paper in Sustainability, a renowned international journal. The paper was published online on June 3, 2025, and Sustainability is a world-class multidisciplinary journal registered in SSCI (Social Science Citation Index), published by MDPI.

The title of the paper is "Agency Costs, Ownership Structure, and Cost Stickiness: Implications for Sustainable Corporate Governance," which empirically analyzed the relationship between agent costs, ownership structure, and downward rigidity of costs, focusing on Korean companies.
