세상이 꽉 막혀 절망적인 상황일지라도 실낱같은 희망은 있다.

희망은 마음에서 쏫아나는 용기이다.

삶이 힘들고 지칠 때는 쉬는 시간을 갖어야하고 사람 관계가 힘들 때는 회복할 시간이 필요하다.

쉼을 통해 희망을 굳건히 하고 잃어버린 마음의 여유도 되찾고 쇠퇴해져가는 육체적인 건강도 되찾을 수 있다.

우리 모두에겐 마음속 한그루의 희망의 나무가 있으니 다들 힘을 내자
