Sometimes, only God knows the truth, but it is a matter of the world that there are cases that are regrettable due to social norms and customs, but have no choice but to convict.

Among people living fiercely in a virtual space called SNS, it is common to intentionally touch human psychology and cause confusion. The reason why it causes disputes between people and eventually reaches the point of being judged by the law is that it has lost the minimum conscience and morality that it has to protect as a human being.

Even if it is an SNS space, a place for free expression of intention, which is also used as a venue for communication, the crime of hurting a person's heart deserves punishment.

I think that the ugly nature of humans will be more interesting if we watch the present era due to the accident of Dostoevsky, the author of sin and punishment.

Dostoevsky was active in the mid-19th century, but is still an influential writer.

Dostoevsky's "Crime and Punishment," which was called a cruel genius, deals in depth with the conflict and confusion of values experienced by humans in Russian society at the time when new ideas and order were wriggling.

Dostoevsky was born in Moscow in 1821 as a son of a poor soldier, a rare full-time writer in Russia of the time, living in poverty and adversity all his life, being chased by money and time, and suffering from death sentences and epilepsy.

Some say that the reason why his influence continues to this day is because he deals with human freedom, the most fundamental problem.

Dostoevsky, also called a cruel genius, analyzed human psychology in detail with eerie sharpness and approached the deepest abyss of man.

Such a writer also had a waste and gambling habit, so he wrote to make money, and for that reason, his understanding of money is accurately depicted in his work with the amount of money.

때로 신만이 진실을 아는 사건도 있으나 사회의 규범과 관습상 안타깝지만 유죄를 내릴 수 밖에 없는 사건도 존재하는 것이 세상 일이다.

SNS라는 가상의 공간에서 치열하게 사는 사람들 중 의도적으로 인간의 심리를 건드려 분란을 야기하는 일이 비일비재하다. 사람간의 분쟁을 유발시켜 결국은 법의 심판을 받아야할 지경까지 이르게 되는 이유는 인간으로서 지켜야 할 최소한의 양심과 도덕성을 상실했기 때문이다.

소통의 장으로도 활용되는 자유로운 의사표현의 장인 SNS 공간일지라도 사람의 마음에 상처를 입힌 죄는 벌을 받아 마땅하다.

죄와 벌의 작가인 도스토예프스키의 사고로 현 시대를 관망해 본다면 인간의 추악한 본성이 더욱 흥미진진하리라는 생각이다.

도스토예프스키는 19세기 중반에 활동했지만 현재까지도 영향력이 있는 작가이다.

잔인한 천재라고 불리던 도스토예프스키의 '죄와 벌'은 새로운 사상과 질서가 꿈틀대던 당시 러시아 사회에서 인간이 겪는 갈등과 가치관의 혼란을 '살인 사건'이라는 소재를 통해 깊이 있게 다룬 작품이다.

도스토예프스키는 1821년 모스크바에서 가난한 군인의 아들로 태어나 당대 러시아에서 드문 전업 작가로 평생을 가난과 역경 속에 살았으며 돈과 시간에 쫓기고, 사형 언도와 간질병 같은 고난에 찬 특이한 삶들이 그의 작품 세계에 반영됐다.

그의 영향력이 현재까지 지속되는 이유는 가장 근원적인 문제인 인간의 자유를 다뤘기 때문이라는 견해도 있다.

잔인한 천재라고도 불리는 도스토예프스키는 섬뜩하리만치 예리하게 인간의 심리를 세밀하게 분석하고 인간의 가장 깊은 마음속 심연까지 접근했다.

그러했던 작가도 낭비벽과 도박벽이 있었고 그래서 돈을 벌기 위해 글을 썼으며 그런 이유로 돈의 속성을 정확히 꿰뚫어보고 있었던 탓에 그의 작품속에는 돈에 대한 이해가 돈의 액수와 함께 정확하게 묘사되어 있다.
