(전국= KTN) 김도형 기자= 의성소방서(서장 전우현)는 지난 7일 17시 3분경 의성군 사곡면 소재 돈사 화재현장에 소방드론을 투입해 정확하고 효율적인 화재진압 작전을 구사했다고 밝혔다.

이번 돈사 화재는 17시 03분경 검은 연기가 피어오르는 것을 발견한 인근 주민에 의해 최초 신고 되어, 소방공무원 및 의용소방대 68명, 소방차량 19대가 동원되었으며 20시 12분경 화재가 최종 진압됐다.

재산피해는 352,000천원으로 돈사 1동 전소, 1동 반소, 1동 부분소, 돼지 1,570마리 소사의 재산피해가 발생했다. 인명피해는 없으며 화재발생 원인은 아직 조사 중인 것으로 밝혔다.

전우현 소방서장은 “화재가 발생한 돈사는 광범위한 지역에 건물들이 좁은 공간을 두고 붙어 있어 자칫 다른 건물로 화재가 확산될 위험이 컸다. 하지만 소방드론으로 실시간 화재현장을 확인하며 적재적소에 소방력을 투입 해 피해가 확산되는 것을 막을 수 있었다.”며 “앞으로도 군민의 생명과 재산을 지키는 데 소방드론을 적극 활용할 예정이다.”고 했다.

The Donsa fire was first reported by a nearby resident who found black smoke rising around 17:03 p.m., mobilizing 68 fire officials, medical firefighters and 19 fire engines, and finally put out the fire at around 20:12 p.m.

Property damage was 352,000 won, resulting in property damage to the entire building of Donsa 1-dong, Banso 1-dong, Part 1-dong and 1,570 pigs. There were no casualties and the cause of the fire was still under investigation, it said.

Jeon Woo-hyun, chief of the fire department, said, "Donsa, where the fire broke out, had a large risk of spreading fire to other buildings as buildings were attached to a wide range of areas. However, we were able to prevent the spread of the damage by putting fire forces in the right place by checking the real-time fire scene with fire drones," he said. "We will continue to actively use fire drones to protect the lives and property of the people."
