세계적인 예술무대에 선 송은효 작가

[한국유통신문= 김도형 기자] 한국을 대표하는 현대미술 작가 송은효가 세계적인 아트페어 'ART SHOPPING PARIS 2025'에 초청되어 루브르 박물관의 카루젤(CARROUSEL DU LOUVRE)에서 작품을 선보인다. 이번 전시는 2025년 4월 4일부터 6일까지 열리며, 전 세계 예술가들이 모여 현대미술의 흐름을 공유하는 장이 될 예정이다.

송은효 작가는 동국대학교 일반대학원 미술학과를 졸업하고, 국내외에서 활발한 전시 활동을 펼쳐왔다. 개인전 및 초대개인전 20회, 아트페어 24회, 해외전시 12회, 단체전 400여 회를 통해 그의 독창적인 예술세계를 선보였다. 스위스 취리히 아트바젤, 미국 히달고 시립 아트뮤지엄, 인도 뭄바이 초대전 등 굵직한 해외 전시에 참여하며 국제적인 명성을 쌓아왔다.

 

송 작가는 "가족, 행복, 즐거움"이라는 키워드를 중심으로 따뜻하고 희망적인 메시지를 담아낸다. 그의 작품에는 한국의 자연과 전통도자기를 배경으로 한 감성적인 풍경이 담겨 있으며, 부엉이 가족을 의인화해 표현하는 독창적인 방식이 특징이다. 특히, 이번 전시에서는 보스니아헤르체고비나의 네레트바강 모스타르를 배경으로 한 작품과, 울산의 태화강과 황매산에서 받은 영감을 바탕으로 한 회화들이 전시될 예정이다.

대표작 '태화강에 바람이 불면'(90.9×116.7cm, Acrylic on canvas, 2024)은 울산을 상징하는 태화강을 모티브로 했다. 태화루, 여름 철새 백로, 태화강 국가정원을 산책하는 사람들, 그리고 모네의 다리를 작품 속에 담아내며 도시와 자연이 조화를 이루는 아름다움을 표현했다. 그는 세필을 이용해 풀잎 하나하나를 수만 번의 붓질로 세밀하게 표현하는 기법을 사용하며, 밝고 편안한 색조를 통해 봄날의 감성을 전한다.

Korean Writer Song Eun-hyo Participates in the 'ART SHOPPING PARIS 2025' Exhibition

[Korea Distribution Newspaper = Reporter Kim Do-hyung] Song Eun-hyo, a representative contemporary art artist in Korea, will be invited to the world-class art fair "ART SHOPPING PARIS 2025" to showcase her work at the Louvre's CARROUSEL DU LOUVRE. The exhibition will be held from April 4-6, 2025, and it will be a venue where artists from all over the world gather to share the flow of contemporary art.

Song Eun-hyo graduated from Dongguk University Graduate School of Fine Arts and has been actively engaged in exhibition activities at home and abroad. He showed his unique art world through 20 individual and invited individual exhibitions, 24 art fairs, 12 overseas exhibitions, and 400 group exhibitions. He has built an international reputation by participating in major overseas exhibitions such as the Zurich Art Basel in Switzerland, the Hidalgo City Art Museum in the United States, and the Mumbai Invitational Exhibition in India.

Song contains a warm and hopeful message centered on the keyword "family, happiness, and pleasure." His work contains an emotional landscape set in Korea's nature and traditional ceramics, and features an original way of personifying and expressing the owl family. In particular, works set in Neretba River Mostar in Bosnia-Herzegovina and paintings based on inspiration from Ulsan's Taehwa River and Hwangmae Mountain will be displayed in this exhibition.

The masterpiece "When the Wind Blows the Taehwa River (90.9×116.7 cm, Acrylic on canvas, 2024) is a motif of the Taehwa River, which symbolizes Ulsan. Taehwa-ru, summer migratory birds, white egrets, walkers in the national garden of the Taehwa River, and Monet's legs are included in his works to express the beauty of harmony between the city and nature. He uses a technique of expressing each grass in detail with tens of thousands of brush strokes using fine brushes, and conveys the sensibility of spring days through bright and comfortable colors.

Regarding his participation in the exhibition, Song Eun-hyo said, "It is an honor to present my work as a Korean artist on the world-class art stage. I will do my best to make Korean art more attractive international attention." He also said that his goal is to continue his steady work and communicate with more visitors and convey emotion through art.

"ART SHOPPING PARIS 2025" and global art trends

"ART SHOPPING PARIS" is an international art fair that brings together contemporary artists from all over the world, and is held annually at Carusel in the Louvre. The exhibition, which combines various genres of art, provides art lovers and collectors with the opportunity to appreciate and collect the works of emerging and established artists.
