프랑스 루브르 박물관에서 펼쳐지는 예술의 향연

[한국유통신문= 김도형 기자] 오는 2025년 4월 4일부터 6일까지 프랑스 파리 루브르 박물관 카루젤에서 열리는 세계적인 미술 전시회 ‘ART SHOPPING PARIS 2025’에 한국의 서양화가 박영귀 작가가 참가한다. 이번 전시는 예술가들에게 국제적인 무대를 제공하며, 다양한 예술적 감각을 공유하는 기회의 장이 될 것으로 기대된다.

현재 ‘숲의門’과 ‘황금의 氣’를 주제로 비구상 작업을 하고 있는 박영귀 작가는 (사)한국미술협회와 (사)고양미술협회 서양화 분과 위원장으로 활동하며 국내외에서 활발한 창작 활동을 펼치고 있다.

“어린 시절부터 자연에서 영감을 얻어 그림으로 표현하는 것을 좋아했습니다. 부모님의 사랑과 칭찬 속에서 자연과 인간의 관계를 추상적인 형태로 표현하는 데 집중해 왔죠.”

박 작가는 칸딘스키의 이론에서 영향을 받아 점, 선, 면이 결합된 형태를 연구하며, 학창 시절 즐겼던 패턴 형식의 낙서가 그의 예술 세계에 많은 영향을 미쳤다고 전했다.

숲의門

작품의 전체적인 배경을 숲이라 설정하였지만, 표면적으로는 숲을 드러내지 않았다. 오히려 작품에 표현된 형상은 구체적 사물 묘사와 같은 재현성을 제거하고 본질적인 구조의 선, 면. 색이라는 세 가지 기본 요소들로 다양하게 표출하여 숲이라는 공간으로 통하는 하나의 門, 즉 “심상의 門”을 설정하였으며, 표현된 선들을 겹치게 하여 잠재적으로 내재 된 인간과 인간, 인간과 자연의 연결을 표현함으로써 자연에서 오는 좋은 기운의 에너지를 공간에 담아 형상화하였다.

나의 작품을 통하여 많은 이들에게 좋은 에너지를 전하고 싶다.

박영귀 작가는 자신의 작품 세계를 “긍정적인 에너지를 형상화하여 다양한 가치의 염원을 담아내는 스타일”이라고 설명한다. 그의 작업은 자연과 인간의 관계를 탐구하며, 밝고 따뜻한 색감과 황금빛을 활용해 희망과 풍요를 표현하는 것이 특징이다.

“자연과 인간이 조화를 이루는 가상의 통로인 ‘門’을 통해 자연의 기운과 긍정적인 에너지를 전달하려 합니다.”

작품에서 자주 사용되는 기법으로는 여러 종류의 실을 이용한 기법이 있으며, 다양한 색채를 활용해 감정을 극대화한다. 특히, 소중한 가치 추구를 강조할 때 황금색을 사용하여 작품에 깊이를 더한다.

세계적으로 명망 높은 루브르 박물관에서 자신의 작품을 소개하게 된 박영귀 작가는 전시를 앞두고 기대감을 감추지 않았다.

“세계 각국의 다양한 관람객에게 작품을 알리고, 메시지를 공유할 기회를 얻게 되어 매우 영광스럽습니다. 또한, 이런 기회를 만들어 주신 강경록 대표님과 갤러리 미셸 권보경 관장님께 깊은 감사의 말씀을 전합니다.”

박영귀 작가는 앞으로도 창작을 멈추지 않고, 더 깊이 있는 예술적 탐구를 이어갈 계획이다.

“이번 경험을 바탕으로 더욱 의미 있는 작품을 창작하여 사람들이 그림을 통해 힐링할 수 있도록 연구할 것입니다. 또한, 긍정적인 에너지를 담아 많은 이들에게 행복과 행운을 전하고 싶습니다.”

그의 작품 ‘황금의 氣’는 관람객들에게 따뜻한 위로와 긍정적인 기운을 선사한다.

Artist Park Young-gwi shines on the international art stage at "ART SHOPPING PARIS 2025"]

[Korea Distribution Newspaper = Reporter Kim Do-hyung] Korean Western artist Park Young-gui will participate in the global art exhibition "ART SHOPPING PARIS 2025" to be held at the Louvre Museum Carousel in Paris from April 4-6, 2025. This exhibition provides an international stage for artists and is expected to be a venue for opportunities to share various artistic senses.

Park Young-gui, who is currently working on non-conceptions under the theme of Forest Gate and Golden Energy, is actively engaged in creative activities at home and abroad, serving as the chairman of the Western Painting Division of the Korean Art Association and the Goyang Art Association.

"I have been inspired by nature since I was a child and have enjoyed expressing things in pictures. I have focused on expressing the relationship between nature and humans in an abstract form amid my parents' love and praise."

Influenced by Kandinsky's theory, Park studied the combination of dots, lines, and faces, and said that the patterned graffiti he enjoyed in his school days had a lot of influence on his art world.

Park Young-gui describes the world of his work as "a style that embodies the desire of various values by embodying positive energy." His work explores the relationship between nature and humans, and is characterized by expressing hope and abundance by utilizing bright and warm colors and golden lights.

"We try to convey the energy and positive energy of nature through 'mun', a virtual passage where nature and humans are in harmony."

A technique frequently used in the work is a technique using several types of threads, and emotions are maximized by using various colors. In particular, when emphasizing the pursuit of valuable value, the golden color is used to add depth to the work.

Artist Park Young-gui, who introduced his work at the world-renowned Louvre Museum, did not hide his expectations ahead of the exhibition.

"I am very honored to have the opportunity to share messages and promote my work to various visitors from all over the world. I would also like to express my deep gratitude to Kang Kyung-rok, the CEO of the gallery, and Kwon Bo-kyung, the director of the gallery for this opportunity."

 

Artist Park Young-gui plans to continue his artistic exploration in depth without stopping his creation in the future.

"Based on this experience, I will create more meaningful works and study them to help people heal through paintings. I also want to convey happiness and good luck to many people with positive energy."

His work 'Golden Energy' gives visitors warm comfort and positive energy.

"Many people pursue various values through my work, and I hope you receive positive energy and be full of happiness and luck."
