You need to develop your ability to understand situations and the causes of your actions. Understanding people's behavior makes monitoring and intelligence more effective.

Provide valid reasons and grounds for monitoring and pointing out. By explaining the reasons to the other person, they will be given the opportunity to understand and correct them.

It is important to understand and respect other people's positions even when pointing out their behavior. Mutual respect and understanding help maintain a healthy relationship.
