인간의 욕심은 끝이 없다. 현재 자기가 가진 것에 대해 만족을 하지 못하기에 끊임없이 가지려고만 한다.

하지만 반대로 생각하면 나누지 않는 성공은 실패와 같다.

내가 부자가 되고 싶으면 타인을 부자가 되게하면 된다.

강태공은 다음과 같이 말했다.

이는 리더가 가져야할 마음가짐과도 같다.

그럼에도 불구하고 각 지자체의 리더들은 매일 자신들의 사진이 나오는 기사를 양산해야만 안심이 된다. 언론에 노출이 되지 않으면 아무것도 안하는 것으로 알려져 비판받을까 두려운 마음에섣.

늘 주변의 이목을 모두 가져야만 만족하는 리더보다는 소외된 사람들이 더욱 관심을 받도록 노력하는 리더가 더욱 빛을 발하는 법이다.
