"L'artiste Lim Eun-sol réincarne la vie avec l'art: célébrer sa première exposition au Louvre"

[Korea Distribution Newspaper = Reporter Kim Do-hyung] Du 4 au 6 avril 2025, Lim Eun-sol, qui participera à l'exposition "ART SHOPING PARIS 2025" au musée du Louvre CARROUSEL DUUVRE à Paris, France, présentera ses œuvres qui contiennent la profondeur de son parcours et de sa vie artistique. Après avoir reçu le diagnostic d'une maladie appelée atrophie cérébrale dans la quarantaine, elle est revenue sur le chemin de l'art, craignant qu'elle ne meure. Toute l'expérience est intégrée à son travail actuel.

Lim Eun-sol a étudié la peinture occidentale à l'université Kyunggi, puis a obtenu son diplôme en design visuel de l'université de Kyunggi. Il a aussi étudié le textile de mode et a acquis diverses expériences artistiques. Cependant, à un moment de sa vie, il en a eu assez de lutter contre la réalité et s'est éloigné de l'art. Après le mariage, tout en ayant une vie normale tout en élevant des enfants, elle attendait une chance de revoir l'art.

Au début de la quarantaine, diagnostiquée comme une maladie grave appelée atrophie cérébrale, elle a subi un changement majeur dans la peur de mourir. Alors que son corps s'affaiblissait peu à peu et que les petites choses de sa vie quotidienne devenaient difficiles, elle décida de « faire tout ce qu'elle pouvait faire maintenant ». À partir d'avril 2023, la musique et les moments touchants commencent à diriger son œuvre, et son désir d'exprimer la spécialité ressentie dans la nature et les gens par l'art devient plus fort.

L'œuvre de Lim Eun-sol contient les murmures à l'intérieur des humains qui coulent dans l'air de la nature. Elle s'inspire des traces de sa vie quotidienne et fait fondre la nature et les gens qu'elle rencontre chaque jour dans son travail.

C'est peut-être la meilleure représentation de l'intérieur de l'être humain. Nous vivons chacun avec un masque. Deux rangées en l'air. « Je m'inspire des traces de l'espace dans lequel je m'installe et de la nature et des gens que je vois chaque jour », a déclaré Lim, qui met l'accent sur la composition et la forme avec des lignes tout en utilisant des crayons de charbon pour exprimer les humains de façon réaliste. Les couleurs sont principalement achromatiques, et les caractéristiques du charbon de bois sont utilisées pour exprimer des émotions à travers les gradations et les formes. Parfois, les pastels sont mélangés au milieu pour ajouter de la profondeur au travail.

L'écrivain Lim Eun-sol dessine une figure humaine avec un seul crayon à charbon de bois et développe la composition et la forme en mettant l'accent sur les lignes plutôt que sur les côtés. Grâce à cela, l'intérieur des humains se révèle naturellement et le flux d'émotions se libère sous forme de lignes et de formes. Dans son travail, les tons achromatiques et les pastels sont combinés pour donner une impression calme et intense au public.

Lim Eun-sol majored in Western painting at Kyunggi University and then graduated from Hongik University's Visual Design. He also studied fashion textiles, so he gained various artistic experiences. However, at some point in his life, he became tired of fighting against reality and moved away from art. After marriage, while living a normal life while raising children, she was waiting for a chance to see art again.

In her early 40s, diagnosed with a serious disease called cerebellar atrophy, she underwent a major change in fear of dying. As her body gradually weakened and the small things in her daily life became difficult, she decided to "do all the things that she can do now." From April 2023, music and touching moments began to lead her work, and her desire to express the specialness felt in nature and people through art became stronger.

Lim Eun-sol's work contains the whispers inside humans flowing in the air of nature. She gets inspiration from the traces of her daily life and melts the nature and people she encounters every day into her work.

"I am inspired by the traces of the space I move in and the nature and people I see every day," said Lim, who emphasizes composition and shape with lines while using charcoal pencils to express humans realistically. Colors are mainly achromatic, and the characteristics of charcoal are used to express emotions through gradations and forms. Sometimes pastels are mixed in the middle to add depth to the work.

Writer Lim Eun-sol draws a human figure with a single charcoal pencil and elaborates on the composition and form by emphasizing lines rather than sides. Through this, the inside of humans is revealed naturally and the flow of emotions is released in lines and forms. In her work, achromatic tones and pastels are combined to convey a calm and intense impression to the audience.

This exhibition "ART SHOPPING PARIS 2025" means a lot to artist Lim Eun-sol. "This is my first time in everything. I'm very excited and meaningful because this is the starting point of my art activities," said Lim, who wants to communicate with more people and expand his artistic expression through this exhibition.

"For the time being, we will continue to communicate through nude pictures. It is better to express our inner feelings through human gestures and facial expressions." Lim tries to capture the complexity of emotions through the human body, thereby achieving emotional communication with the audience.

Lim Eun-sol said she wants to convey the message to the audience, "Distinguish what you can't do now from what you can't do, and challenge what you can do. Live in the present moment." She cherishes each moment in her life and captures the difficulties and recovery she has gone through in her work.
