Justice is the value that members of society must pursue a fair and correct state in order to organize and maintain society.

It is an ideology included in most laws that control human society.

Philosopically, there is a fact that numerous scholars have been agonizing over to establish the right meaning of justice.

It is said that human life is dignified.

However, there is a tendency to think that humans deserve to die when they do something unhuman.

If you were born as a human being and learned all the rational morality and norms of human society properly, you cannot harm humans physically or mentally.

However, when humans violate the rules of society and make mistakes, there is still a lack of society.

Interest in family and consideration for neighbors become grains of wheat, making humans more human.

Therefore, justice is the minimum conscience for humans to keep their human principles.

2020.12.12. 아침 진도개 유통순 동네 산책길에서 만난 자유로운 영혼, 의외로 주인 없는 개는 침착했다. 짖지도 않고 달겨들지도 않으며 그윽히 바라만 보는 모습이 대견스러웠다.

정의란 사회를 구성하고 유지하기 위해 사회 구성원들이 공정하고 올바른 상태를 추구해야하는 가치이다.

인간사회를 제어하는 대부분의 법에서 포함하는 이념이다.

철학적으로는 정의의 올바른 뜻을  확립하기 위해 수많은 학자들이 고민을 해온 사실이 있다.

인간의 생명은 존엄한 것이라고 말한다.

하지만 인간이 인간답지 못한 행위를 했을 땐 죽어 마땅하다고 생각하는 경향이 있다.

인간으로 태어나 인간사회의 모든 합리적인 도덕과 규범을 제대로 배웠다면 인간을 육체적으로든 정신적으로든 해할 수가 없다.

하지만 인간이 사회의 규칙을 어기고 잘못을 범했을 땐 그 사회가 아직 모자란 부분이 있기 때문이다.

가족에 대한 관심과 이웃에 대한 배려가 밀알이 되어 인간을 더욱 인간답게 만든다.

따라서 정의란 인간이 인간다운 도리를 지켜나가기 위한 최소한의 양심이다.
