The real estate education session held at the Grand Hyatt Conference & Exhibition Center in Dubai on this day set a new Guinness World Record (GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™) and won the title of "World's Largest Real Estate Education Seminar."

Over 2,500 industry experts and investors attended the historical event to witness firsthand a new paradigm in real estate education.
