1896년 병'신년에 썩은 지배층에 항거해 의병을 일으킨 병'신창의가 있었고, 120년 뒤인 2016년 병'신년에는 비상식적인 정권에 맞서 촛불집회가 창궐했다.

인간은 학습의 동물로 과거 실패를 바탕으로 보다 안정된 성공을 이룰 수 있으나, 소통이 없는 사회는 언제나 위태롭기만 하다.

따라서 언제나 함께 할 수 있는 열린 사회가 되어야 한다.
