(전국= KTN) 윤진성 기자= 고흥소방서는 최근 발생한 발코니 붕괴 추락사고에 따른 안전대책을 수립하여 시행에 나선다고 밝혔다.

(National = KTN) Reporter Yoon Jin-sung: The Goheung Fire Station said it will establish and implement safety measures following the recent balcony collapse crash.

지난 6일 울산에서 다중이용업소 폐업 후 건물외벽에 방치 된 비상구 발코니에서 건물 관계인이 사용 중에 발코니가 붕괴되어 추락사고가 발생했다.

이에 고흥소방서는 다중이용업소 폐업 후 비상구 발코니를 철거하지 않고 방치하는 경우 발생할 수 있는 유사 추락사고의 재발방지를 위해 대책을 추진하게 되었다고 추진배경을 밝혔다.

In response, Goheung Fire Station announced that it will take measures to prevent the recurrence of similar crashes if the emergency exit balcony is left unattended after the closure of the multi-use facility.

주요내용으로는 휴폐업 대상 중 화재안전정보조사와 병행하여 방치된 비상구 발코니 조사 및 현황을 관리하고 방치된 비상구 발코니에 대해 유지·보수토록 안내하거나 부식 등으로 인해 위험성이 있는 경우에는 폐쇄·철거토록 안내 등이다. 다만, 영업 중인 다중이용업소는 비상구 추락방지 시설 설치가 완료되어있어 제외됐다.

The main contents include managing the investigation and status of the neglected emergency exit balcony in parallel with the fire safety information investigation, guiding the neglected emergency exit balcony to be maintained and repaired, or, if there is a risk due to corrosion, shutting down or removing it. However, multi-use businesses in operation were excluded because emergency exit fall prevention facilities were completed.

소방서 관계자는 “ 다중이용업소는 불특정 다수인이 출입하기 때문에 안전관리를 통해 사고를 예방하는 것이 가장 중요하다”며 “이용객들의 안전을 위해 관계자분들의 적극 협조를 바란다.”고 말했다.

An official from the fire department said, "The most important thing is to prevent accidents through safety management because the multi-use businesses are accessed by an unspecified number of people," adding, "We hope that the officials will actively cooperate for the safety of the passengers."
