구미시 종합허가과, 청렴·친절 교육 및 적극행정 업무 연찬

Gumi City General Permit Department, Integrity and Friendliness Education and Active Administration Work Compilation

(전국= KTN) 김도형 기자= 구미시(시장 장세용) 종합허가과에서는 지난 28일 오후 전 직원이 참석한 가운데 청렴과 친절에 대한 교육 및 민원처리 시 적극행정을 위한 업무 연찬을 실시했다.

(National = KTN) Reporter Kim Do-hyung = Gumi City (mayor Jang Se-yong) General Permit Department held a business dinner on the afternoon of the 28th for education on integrity and kindness and for active administration in handling civil complaints.

이 날 교육은 인·허가별 관련법에 근거한 공정한 업무 처리, 업무에 대한 충분한 설명과 이해, 친절한 민원응대 등 친절을 기본으로 청렴마인드 함양과 실천, 또한 각 업무처리별 법령개정 및 변경사항 등에 대해   충분히 검토하고 숙지하는 자리가 되었으며, 아울러 코로나19가 확산 증가됨에 따라 민원인 응대 시 마스크 착용, 손 소독 등 사무실 내에서 철저한 위생 관리 수칙을 준수할 것을 강조했다.

On this day, the education became a place to fully review and understand the integrity mind development and practice based on kindness, such as fair handling of work based on the relevant laws by authorization and permission, sufficient explanation and understanding of work, and friendly response to civil petitions, as well as to comply with thorough hygiene management rules such as wearing masks and disinfecting hands in response to complaints as the number of corona 19 increased.

강신석 종합허가과장은 직원들에게“최근 대구경북 통합신공항 이전 등 지역 여건 변화에 따라 이와 관련된 인·허가 업무가 증가할 것으로  예상됨에 따라 적극행정의 자세로 문제 해결에 임하여 민원인의 편의를 도모하는 동시에 코로나19로 침체된 관내 경기가 활력을 회복하는데  기여할 수 있도록 최선을 다해달라”고 당부했다.

Kang Shin-seok, director of the general licensing division, asked employees to "do their best to help the local economy, which has been stagnant due to Corona19, recover from the sluggish economy due to the recent relocation of Daegu-Gyeongbuk Integrated New Airport, by taking an active administrative stance to solve the problem."
