(전국= KTN) 김도형 기자= 안동시는 코로나19의 감염예방 및 확산방지를 위하여 9월 4일 태화오거리 등 주요 교차로 8개소에서『나와 가족, 타인의 건강을 위해 반드시 마스크를 착용하세요!』라고 적힌 피켓을 들고 마스크 착용 캠페인을 펼쳤다.

최근 가족간 접촉을 통해 확진 판정 받은 유치원생이 있었던 경산의 한 유치원에서 단 한명의 추가 확진자가 발생하지 않은 이유는 마스크를 잘 착용해 준 덕분이었다.

이러한 사례를 통해 ‣ 마스크 착용 ‣ 사회적 거리두기 ‣ 손 씻기 등 개인방역수칙을 철저히 지키는 것이 최고의 방역이라는 것을 시민들에게 널리 알리고 동참해 줄 것을 당부하기 위해 캠페인을 실시했다.

Through these cases, the campaign was conducted to inform citizens that it is the best to thoroughly observe personal quarantine rules, such as wearing masks, keeping social distance, and washing hands.

이번 캠페인은 일회성으로 끝나는 것이 아니라 매주 월요일 출근시간, 금요일 퇴근시간에 집중 실시하여 안동시민들이 마스크 착용을 일상에서 자연스럽게 받아들일 수 있을 때까지 계속될 예정이다.

The campaign will not end in a one-time event, but will continue until citizens of Andong can accept wearing masks naturally in their daily lives by focusing on them every Monday during rush hour and Friday.

권영세 안동시장은 “코로나 19의 장기화로 모두 힘이 들겠지만 마스크 착용 등 기본적인 방역수칙을 준수하는 것이 나와 가족과 이웃의 건강을 지킬 수 있으므로 코로나19가 종식되는 그날까지 안동시민 모두 힘을 합쳐 이겨내자”며 밀폐‧밀집‧밀접된 시설 방문 및 소모임 등 외출을 자제하고 불가피하게 외출할 때는 반드시 마스크를 착용해 줄 것을 당부했다.

Andong Mayor Kwon Young-se said, "Although it will be difficult due to the prolonged period of Corona 19, we can protect the health of our family and neighbors by following basic quarantine rules such as wearing a mask, so let's all work together until the end of Corona 19." He urged people to refrain from going out, such as visiting closed, closely-watched facilities, and consuming, and to wear a mask when they inevitably go out.
