경북도의회, 일본 독도 도발 망언 즉각 철회 성명 발표

(전국= KTN) 김도형 기자= 경상북도의회(의장 배한철)는 23일(월) 일본 외무상이 일본 정기국회 외교연설에서 10년째 반복하는 독도 영유권에 대한 도발 행위에 대해 즉각 철회할 것을 강력하게 규탄하는 성명서를 발표했다. 

독도 망언은 2014년도부터 아베 신조 총리 내각때부터 시작하여 기시다 후미오 총리 내각까지 10년째 억지 주장을 반복하고 있다.

배한철 도의장은 “역사적으로, 지리적으로, 국제법적으로도 명백한 우리 고유의 영토인 독도에 대해 부당한 영유권 주장을 되풀이하는 억지에 대해 즉각 철회할 것”을 촉구하며, “독도를 관할하는 도의장으로서 270만 도민과 함께 일본 정부의 독도에 대한 어떠한 도발에도 단호하게 대응해 나갈 것”임을 천명했다.

한편, 허복 독도수호특별위원회 위원장은 “일본의 반복적인 역사 왜곡과 독도에 대한 도발행위를 즉각 중단할 것”을 밝히며, “제대로 된 역사 인식하에 양국의 건전한 협력 관계 회복과 세계평화 구축에 동참할 것”을 촉구했다.

1. 일본 외무상이 국회 외교연설을 통해 역사적으로, 지리적으로, 국제법적으로도 명백한 우리 고유의 영토인 독도에 대해 부당한 영유권을 되풀이한 억지주장을 즉각 철회할 것을 촉구한다.

2. 경상북도 울릉군 독도를 관할하는 도의장으로서 270만 도민과 함께 일본 정부의 독도에 대한 어떠한 도발에 대해서도 단호하게 대응해 나갈 것을 천명한다.

3. 아울러, 일본의 반복적인 역사 왜곡과 독도에 대한 도발행위를 즉각 중단할 것과 일본의 제대로 된 역사 인식하에 양국의 건전한 협력 관계 회복과 세계평화 구축에 동참할 것을 촉구한다.

Dokdo Protection Special Committee urges the two countries to restore healthy cooperative relations and participate in world peace

(Gyeongbuk = KTN) Reporter Kim Do-hyung =The Gyeongsangbuk-do Council (Chairman Bae Han-cheol) issued a statement on the 23rd (Mon) strongly condemning the Japanese Foreign Minister to immediately withdraw his provocations on Dokdo's sovereignty, which he has repeated for 10 years in his diplomatic speech at Japan's regular parliament.

Dokdo's absurd remarks have been repeated for 10 years, starting with Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's cabinet since 2014 and until Prime Minister Fumio Kishida's cabinet.

Bae Han-chul urged the government to "immediately withdraw its unreasonable claims of sovereignty over Dokdo, which is historically, geographically and international law clear," and vowed to "firmly respond to any provocation by the Japanese government with 2.7 million residents."

Meanwhile, Heo Bok, chairman of the Dokdo Special Committee, said, "We will immediately stop Japan's repeated distortion of history and provocations against Dokdo," and urged the two countries to "join in restoring healthy cooperative relations and building world peace with proper historical awareness."

Japan's Foreign Minister's Diplomatic Speech at the National Assembly Statement condemning Dokdo's absurd remarks.

1. In his diplomatic speech to the National Assembly, we urge Japan's foreign minister to immediately withdraw his repeatedly unjustified claim on Dokdo, our own territory, which is historically, geographically and international law.

2. As the provincial chairman in charge of Dokdo in Ulleung-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, I pledge to respond firmly to any provocation by the Japanese government against Dokdo with 2.7 million residents.

3. In addition, we urge Japan to immediately stop its repeated distortion of history and provocations against Dokdo, and to join the two countries in restoring healthy cooperative relations and building world peace with Japan's recognition of history.
