과거에 세상은 장시간의 물리적인 이동거리로 인해 교류하기가 힘들었지만 초연결 사회인 오늘날은 손바닥만한 플랫폼으로 세계 각 나라간의 연결이 가능하다.

지방인재의 수도권 유출을 막기 위해서는 현재 살고 있는 곳이 성장 잠재력이 무한하고 글로벌도시라는 자긍심을 느끼게 해 줄 필요가 있다.

미래의 지방 사회는 세계와 교류하는 산업의 중심지가 진정한 경제적인 수도권으로 자리매김할 것이다.
