It would be nice to wrap up the year by looking back on your health.

Due to COVID-19, 2020 and 2021 women have become a world that cannot be traveled day and night without a quarantine mask, and have always lived in fear and anxiety of being confirmed to be infected with infectious diseases.

Now, rather than infectious diseases, I have a disease of distrust and suspicion among members of society, and mental health is not as good as before.

2021 was a time of challenge to overcome the worst situation from the 2020 Fendemic, and 2022 is expected to mark a new turning point.

Even infectious diseases that are out of human control follow the nature's order.

In Korea, the flu is known to kill more than 3,000 people annually and infect 1 billion people worldwide, killing up to 650,000 people.

Ironically, the flu has decreased this year and has become a forgotten disease in some countries.

In order to withstand the times when human control is being advanced due to infectious diseases, above all, strong mental health must be maintained.

Like a solid rock that does not falter even in strong storms, I hope everyone's hearts will become stronger next year.

한 해의 마무리는 자신의 건강을 되돌아 보는 것으로 하면 좋겠다.

2020년과 2021녀는 코로나19로 인해 매일 밤낮으로 방역 마스크 없이는 다닐 수 없는 세상이 되었고, 늘 전염병 확진이라는 공포와 불안 속에 살아왔다.

이제는 전염병보다는 사회 구성원간의 불신과 의심이라는 마음의 병을 얻었고, 정신건강 또한 예전만 못하다.

2021년은 2020년 펜데믹으로부터 최악의 상황을 딛고 일어서는 도전의 시간이 펼쳐졌으며 2022년은 새로운 전환점을 맞이할 것으로 기대된다.

인간의 통제를 벗어난 전염병일지라도 자연의 순리를 따른다.

우리나라의 경우 독감으로 연간 3000명 이상이 사망하고 세계적으로 10억  명이 감염되어 최대 65만 명이 사망한다고 알려져 있다.

아이러니하게도 금년은 독감이 줄어들었고 어떤 나라에는 잊혀진 질병이 됐다.

전염병으로 인해 인류의 통제 방식이 고도화되어가는 시대상황에서 잘 버티려면, 무엇보다도 강인한 정신 건강을 유지해야 한다.

거센 폭풍우에도 흔들리지 않는 탄탄한 바위처럼, 내년은 모든 사람의 마음이 더욱 굳세지길 기원한다.
